Branch Administrator (MS Word / Excel / Admin) – Rustenburg

Job Description:
Attend to all administration requirements of the branch
  • Ensure the monthly revenue spreadsheet is accurately maintained on a daily basis
  • Distribute invoices and statements to clients
  • Balance branch revenue and costs at month end
  • Resolve queries relating to invoices, log sheets and clients general queries
  • Attend and minute Branch related meetings when requested
  • Attend monthly Debtors review meetings
  • Attend to incoming telephonic enquiries for new hires
  • Assist in bringing in new clients
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Computer literacy with certification in MS Word and Excel (advanced)
  • Proven administration experience
  • Proven accounting experience
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar environment
