Job Description:
 
Our client is in need of a Portuguese speaking Mozambican Human Resources and Administration Manager from a background in the mining industry to join their team in Mozambique.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources and Administration functions including training.
  • Drive retention and development of employees.
  • Create a conducive working environment through developing and maintaining best practices to enhance employee relations.
  • Ensure legislative compliance.
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Human Resources Degree or similar qualification.
  • Fluent Portuguese communication skills.
  • Mozambican citizenship.
  • 10 years previous experience in Human Resources within mining or mining services environments, with at least 5 years in a management level position.
  • Previous experience in Administration management.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Previous experience working with multi-cultural teams.
