Responsibilities:

• Report on daily cashflow to the owners of the business / as well as Group Cashflow for 12 Companies
• Responsible for all HR/IT/Finance Duties
• Responsible for budgets/ forecast for all companies, Trusts and CC’s
• Ensure that an appropriate financial policy framework is in place to guide various vehicles particularly in relation to asset expansion, cash flow forecasts and return on capital.
• Maintain records to meet all external statutory requirements
• Responsible year end audits
• Ensure the production of accurate monthly management accounts
• Produce rolling cash flow forecasts , monitor cash position daily and ensure creditor terms are met
• Prepare annual accounts
• Refinance and revisit overdraft facilities yearly
• Ensure all bank requirements have been met
• Present weekly / monthly cashflows/ working capital reports

 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• 3 – 5 Years Tertiary Education
• 5 years’ experience in Management Accounting / or Financial Management
• Self-motivation
• South African
• Familiar with Pastel / Job Sys
• Integrity
• Ability to reflect on one's own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions
• Business acumen and interest
• Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Team working ability
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in it
• Analytical ability
• A methodical approach and problem-solving skills
• High level of numeracy
