CA Global is a Recruitment organization that works extensively across the African continent. We currently have an increasing need for an individual to fill the communication gap between us and our French speaking clients / candidates who are based globally and in the Francophone areas of Africa.
We are looking to employ a Bilingual (French and English) individual to assist us with this communication gap – offering assistance in line with our recruitment processes.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for all outgoing and incoming telephonic French communication.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Manage the calls from and to all our French speaking clients and candidates
- Accurately logging all calls with detailed information
- Continue with the recruitment process as per training
- Effective communication both oral and written
- Ensure escalations processes are maintained
- Be proactive with own business development using available resources
- Capturing information on our internal client and candidate tracking system
- Grade 12 is essential
- Solid MS Office skills & strong communication skills
- University Qualification (Diploma, B.Comm, BA, Honours)
- Business Level French
