Job Description:
Do you see yourself as a "Sales person through and through" – someone who thrives on client interaction. Are you someone who has the ability to understand the "Mining" client needs and formulate solutions, not just sales. We are looking for someone who can be the face of the company in Kolwezi to convert high potential clients to customers and understand clients' needs and problems and providing solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • To promote Alistair Group to clients headquartered in Asia and in Africa managed by Chinese nationals
  • Finding ways to make our clients businesses work better
  • Winning profitable new work for Alistair Group
  • Visiting clients at project sites throughout Sub Saharan Africa
  • Creating quotations for various requests across the Group.
  • Maintaining, developing and updating the client database.
  • Maintaining and updating the pricing database.
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in Sub Saharan African logistics.
  • International exposure especially in DRC
  • Experience with lifting machines
  • Experience in Mining Industry
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
