HR Business Partner (Industrial Relations / Organizational Development / Reporting / Recruitment) – Johannesburg

Job Description:
Our client in the finance space is in search of an experienced HR professional with a good grasp of HR requirements within the industry. This individual will oversee the Industrial Relations side of the business as well as the general Human Resources function for various units and organizational development within the company.
  • Manage relationships with line manager providing the necessary support for employee and management relationships
  • Full support in terms if staff relations
  • Ensure talent management in a timely and efficient manner
  • Departing reporting duties
  • CCMA representation
  • Support managers in the processes involved with performance management and policy implementation
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures within the company
  • Develop initiatives in support of a good company culture
  • Implementation of Organizational Development Strategies
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (HR or Industrial Psychology)  
  • 4+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / Manager
  • Certification in Training and Development / Coaching
  • Experience implementing organizational development strategies
  • VIP experience
  • Previous financial services and call center experience highly advantageous
