Job Description:
 
Our client, a successful international mining equipment company, is searching for an astute Sales Engineer to join their successful team. The incumbent should be able to implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction, as well as being technically knowledgeable to understand the product, market and clients needs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular customer visits to establish needs and ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide professional after-sales solutions to customers.
  • Provide benchmarking and reports on market position and identify areas of potential.
  • Implement a territory management plan to ensure a high level of customer care throughout the region.
  • Increase revenue of contracts with existing customers.
  • Inventory planning.
  • Work in conjunction with Technical & Capital teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Relevant technical tertiary qualification.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Experience in mining industry.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • MS Suite proficiency.
