Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning: Knowledge of carpet and fiber types, be able to determine best cleaning method, be able to compile a workable carpet maintenance program,
- High level cleaning: Be able to determine method of cleaning, understand legal requirements, be able to do a proper costing for rope access cleaning, scaffold cleaning, ladder cleaning.
- Project cleaning: Be able to determine best methodology and scope and cost accordingly (knowledge in floor types, auto-scrubbers, high pressure cleaning equipment and chemicals)
- Kitchen and Canopy cleaning: Knowledge in how to cost for kitchen and food site cleaning, understanding food site requirements
- Knowledge of natural stone cleaning
- Operations and service delivery: Updating daily leads tracker, pipeline update.
- Networking and build relationships within other Group Companies (FM, Food services)
- Using existing Client list to grow business
