Account Manager: Marine Services ( International Sales / Business Development / Marketing / Maritime ) – Cape Town

Job Description:
Our client, an international Maritime and Equipment company with a large global reach, is searching for an experienced Business Development professional that will oversee and develop Key Accounts in a strong sales team environment. The incumbent should have experience with international sales in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and communicate the Services strategy especially related to sales and market development to ensure business growth.
  • Actively Identify, qualify and approach new leads.
  • Build relationships with the Area Sales and Area Support organizations.
  • Participate in preparing account plans and account specific strategy and consequently in implementation and identify and define opportunities for future business growth.
  • Extract market information to enable creation of area marketing activities.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Relevant degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering
  • At least 5 years of Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry sales.
  • Proven track record of sales ability.
  • Experience in SAP & CRM will be advantageous
  • Microsoft Suite
