Job Description:
The position is there to maintain HR data integrity and storage in the HR department according to acceptable standards.
  • Maintaining employee records on files
  • Ensure that employee data is captured timeously and correctly on the HR System i.e. engagements, leave etc.
  • Responsible for updating, changing and archiving data for staff position and personnel information on request. 
  • Manages the database integrity by ensuring that the information is accurate and, when there are discrepancies, corrects information in consultation with the line manager/Group HR Manager. 
  • Ensure all personnel files are kept neat and up to date.
  • Keep registers up to date as requested to do.
  • Audit weekly time and attendance report
  • Assist with putting together recruitment packs
  • Arranging interviews as and when required
  • Submitting MIE checks as and when required
  • Assisting with general HR administration
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Grade 12
  • 1 to 2 years’ clerical or administrative or related experience
  • Excellent data capturing skills
  • Strong Administration skills

  • Proven knowledge in systems
  • Attention to detail
