Trainee Manager (Baking Industry / SACB Certificate / Bakery Management)

Purpose of the job:
To assist the Bakery Manager to oversee the co-ordination of all the functions on site, ranging from Production to Distribution and Sales, including staff management and customer liaison.  To assist in the implementation and communication of strategy at site level.  Manage all teams on site
Qualification requirements
  • Post matric qualification (relevant)
  • SACB Certificate (Advantageous)
Our expectation is that you:
  • Minimum 3 -5 years bakery management experience
  • Computer literacy

Working Environment
  • Availability after hours, Overtime work may be required
  • Pressurised environment, 6-day position and working on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
