Commercial Manager (Sales / French)- Morocco

Job Description:
Our client within the aeronautical defense sector is seeking a Commercial Manager with extensive experience in government sales within the defense space to fill the position of Commercial Manager in Morocco.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and control all phases and aspects of the sale of different products
  • Identify viability channels for each client, setting priorities for action
  • Coordinate the organization of product demonstrations at fairs and promotional events necessary for business development in different markets
  • Monitor the annual budget for the area of operation
  • Provide the company with information on market behavior
  • Study, compare and evaluate new trends in the market, suggesting improvements in sold products, or even to implement improvements in new products
  • Carry out activities related to the marketing of sold products, preparing and making various presentations on the market, products, new trends, as well as providing the specialized press with technical information about the companies products
  • Represent the company in all phases of the development of a negotiation with customers
  • Identify factors (price, term, payment terms) that may interfere with the closing of the deal and propose appropriate solutions to resolve them
  • Ensure the implementation of planned actions, as well as prepare various reports in line with the business strategy
  • Gather information about potential targets for partnerships or acquisitions.
  • Visit, analyze, develop and implement the product
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Technical Training (Engineering, Computing, etc)
  • Minimum 5-year government sales experience
  • Availability for international travel (focus on the African continent)
  • Fluency in English & French is a must
  • Candidate should have the strong knowledge of the local market and social-economic situation (including local customs, mentality etc.)
  • Candidate should be experienced in the field of aeronautical defense, preferably have contacts in local defense authorities.
