Job Description:
A well-known Asian, Automotive manufacturer is looking to hire a Sales Manager for their South African office, based in Johannesburg. This individual will be responsible for the full Sales Manager function.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chinese sales manager to carry out department management.
• Responsible for formulating South Africa's network development plan, development (including search, business negotiation and contract signing, etc.) and management
• Responsible for formulating dealer operation management system and standards
• Responsible for the daily management of dealers, and coordinate and deal with various problems of dealers,
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of market strategies, including market goals, network planning and construction, product planning, new product launches, business policies, after-sales service, and spare parts policies.
• Responsible for sales order management, coordinate order production, logistics delivery, and inventory management.
• Responsible for completing the annual sales target
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Education should be High school level but preferably above with majors in news communication, advertising, marketing, etc. and industry related majors in automobile, machinery, trade, and marketing
• Familiar with the automotive environment in the South African market, excellent communication skills, excellent network development, negotiation, and dealer management skills
• Fluency in English
