The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing IT Business Systems support and to ensure proper functioning of all Business System software.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Application Management:
- Prepare, test, and maintain system operating procedures for business system.
- Perform backups on a regular basis to ensure no data is lost in case of shutdown.
- Engage with relevant third parties and perform recovery procedure where necessary
- Security/ Access Control:
- Control and maintain user access controls.
- Business System Enhancement:
- Install an intermediate programming/report writing to enhance existing system on user request.
- Ensure proper installation and functioning of business systems programs.
- Application Implementations:
- Support the implementation life cycle of all applications.
- Design, implement solution, and provide post implementation support on all applications.
- People Management.
- Organizational Culture and Values.
