Rental Assistant (Finance / Administration / Property / Management)

Job Description:
 
My client is looking for a dynamic individual to be part of there team for an upmarket development company.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Receipting
  • Reconciliations
  • Invoicing of Director’s units
  • Receipting
  • Ensuring that payments are made and collection of debtors and/or outstanding rentals
  • Preparation and monitoring of deposit refunds
  • Preparation of all levy statements
  • Filing & scanning of all documentation and ensuring that all files are kept up to date
  • Ensuring that all client, rental and leave information in files are updated regularly
  • Keep database and invoicing spread sheet up to date
  • Follow-up and management of all snags for the units
  • Aiding the team with the check in/out inspections
  • Support team with the follow up of lease renewals
  • Assisting with the updating of Property 24/Private Property
  • Supporting and assisting the administration department with the handovers process
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
 
  • Matric
  • 2-3 years Pastel Payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Outlook and MS Office
