A vibrant and dynamic law firm in Durban is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. This individual will also be responsible for the administrative activities in the law firm. This law firm focuses on property and conveyancing related business.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Property transfer registrations
  • SARS e-filling applications
  • Data capturing on Ghost Convey
  • Administrative duties (answering the telephone and taking messages)
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Conveyancing secretary qualification
  • Exceptional telephonic skills
  • Magnificent organizational skills
  • Proficient in both English & Afrikaans (both reading and writing)
  • Proficiency in Ghost Convey/ similar conveyancing software essential
  • 1-2 years of relevant conveyancing experience
