Responsibilities:
  • Effectively and politely communicates with tenants for renewals and negotiates lease period
  • Effectively deals with tenants complaints, general maintenance and deals with them in a professional manner
  • Ensures all deadlines are met and all information is correct with regards to the rentals
  • Assisting with the renting out of various vacant units
  • Adheres to all deadlines for the rentals department
  • Ensure all invoices are sent out before the 25th of each month
  • Supply rental agents with information regarding outstanding documentation and snags
 
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Diploma
  • 2-3 years Debtors/Admin
  • Admin experience
  • Must have own Reliable Vehicle
  • Experience in Excel and Word
