Job Description:

To serve as internal point of contact regarding quotations and sales in accordance with the Company's business policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained. Control and management of overall sales / cost related functions
  • Do Export quotations
  • Do cost breaks
  • Update Rate database (rate sheet) & SSL rate liaison
  • Capture export quotations into Sales Force
  • Send quotes to clients
  • Do follow ups on quotations sent
  • Request rates from SSL's, groupage agents & other JFH offices when needed & if not on hand.
  • Assist with queries received from operations as well as other JFH offices and/or agents in my trade lane
  • Filing
  • Capture & update rates for trade lane
  • May be required to undertake additional duties as the needs of the business dictate
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Languages: French/ English/ Arabic
  • MS Office- Excel Advanced
  • Quality of work/ Customer service
  • Communication skills
