Job Description:
To appoint retails parts sales partners across South Africa and driving the parts sales growth through the retail parts sales Channel partners.
 
Responsibilities:
  • To visit Key customer / retail shops / panel beaters / local workshops periodically and understand requirements
  • To maintain good relations with all the retail channel partners
  • To supply the parts as per the requirement
  • To educate customers about Tata genuine parts advantages and increase their Tata parts off take.
  • To help them manage their inventory for better availability and safety stock
  • To resolve issues related to sourcing parts from dealerships.
  • To estimate monthly parts requirement and communicate to head office.
  • To monitor the monthly receivables of the customers
  • To look for opportunities for adding new customers for increasing parts sales
  • To share the information about competition parts pricing and other marketing details.
 
Requirements:
  • NQF7: Business Management/ Marketing/ Economics/MDP
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business operations
  • 2-3 years retail automotive experience
  • 10 years and more of sales and marketing experience in extra heavy commercial vehicles in SA
  • Strong planning and organizational capability
  • Managerial skills – needs to be people orientated with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic Finance
