My Client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to implement a strategic key accounts management plan to increase the volume and penetration into fleets and ensure sustainable growth. The position is responsible to grow a relationship of trust with our existing key account customers and soliciting new key accounts from competitor brands in compliance to the company’s policies.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain trust relationships with existing customers and ensure they do not move to the competition.
  • Conquest new key accounts from the competition driven by a trust relationship Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s products and value chain offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business and establish the opportunities for us to add value.
  • Develop tailor made products to suit each key account needs together with our value chain partners (service contracts, finance, used vehicles).
  • Laisse with the sales executives and the sales manager in order to achieve targets, Conduct market and competitor research analysis to ensure that the client is abreast with the latest market developments and provide relevant reports to the manager.
