  • Develop and embed a strategic framework for successfully managing and engaging with clients.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the framework for active measurement of client engagement, experience, satisfaction and value creation.
  • Oversee the assignment of Client Engagement Managers to specific program responsibilities, including addressing required geographic proximity.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Client Engagement Managers on project strategy, decision-making and client circumstances.
  • Be the point of contact for escalated client issues, assisting the Client Engagement Managers in forming strategies and solutions to avoid a poor client experience.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the Client Delivery team to develop and embed a strategic vision for Client Engagement.
  • Assist the Business Development team during the proposal and contracting phases of the client lifecycle to enable a smooth transition of executive relationships.
  • Enhance existing client engagement through optimizing data/analysis sharing and support of wider Client Delivery team, Business Development and Technology.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, Desirable qualifications: MBA
  • Minimum 10 years in a senior level client facing business development or management role in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong understanding and experience with a variety of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in building C-Suite relationships, presenting to the C-Suite, and engaging executives in strategic discussions and planning activities.
  • Good knowledge/exposure in areas such as business insights/business intelligence, CRM platforms, business performance reporting, predictive analytics, customer segmentation and profiling, forecasting, data analytics etc.
  • Advantageous to have skills and experiences in analytics platforms (SAS, SPSS, etc), database and data warehouse (Oracle, SQL, OBIEE), other database support activities, excel, visualization platforms, etc.
