Job Description:

This position will oversee the strategic management of the commercial department at national level, the definition and monitoring of the indicators of activity and performance monitoring (KPI), the orientation and support to the commercial ones, the monitoring of all the monthly cycles of activities with inputs of continuous improvement, among others inherent to the function.
Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth, conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement business strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives to accelerate growth;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for business opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.);
  • Understand existing customer requirements to ensure your needs are met;
  • Acting to win new customers and manage customer relationships (new and existing);
  • Collaborate and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.);
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Monitor the performance of business activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management;
  • Assist in the establishment of financial targets and budget development and monitoring requirements;
  • Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role;
  • Proven experience in sales and / or marketing and relationship management with key clients;
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;
  • Solid knowledge of performance reports and financial / budgetary processes;
  • Business awareness in partnership with a strategic mindset;
  • Monitoring and Negotiation of Large Accounts;
  • Monitor and develop activities to support the implementation of trade policy and strategy; Identify key clients, accompany the business team in prospecting, fundraising and business closing; Management, coordination and supervision of the commercial team;
  • Reporting of results to the Director;
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree in Management or similar;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • 10 years of experience in Commercial food companies;
  • Strategic and business vision;
  • Experience in negotiating contracts;
  • High communication capacity;
  • Autonomy and orientation to results;
  • Organization and planning;
  • Leadership, vision and direction for the business;
  • Solid knowledge of Informatics as a user;
  • Analysis and resolution of problems; Communication; Decision making; Orientation towards objectives and Resilience.
