Job Description:
Our client requires the services of a Talent Acquisition Partner to take responsibility for the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches. The Talent Acquisition Partner will execute external recruiting, act as the key contact for candidates, drive recruiting strategies, and build/maintain client relationships. You will interface with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and provide market intelligence to drive recruiting business outcomes.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, position description development or revision, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting. Knowledge in all full-life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, comp analysis and formulating offers
  • Maintain ATS and staffing metrics reporting.
  • Develop and manage staffing plan to identify vacancies and develop plans for sourcing to fill positions in a timely manner
  • Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process.  Drive recruiting activity for aligned client groups for their technical professional hiring needs
  • Identify and manage stakeholders and influencers to improve and manage recruitment process.
  • Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate standardized assessments and process during interview.
  • Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.
  • Proactively research new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
  • Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as required.
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in a staffing role at an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team
  • Four (4) years of experience with ATS
  • Previous human resources experience
  • Demonstrated career progression in field of talent management
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional writing skills

  • International travel may be required
