Schools Division, head office requires an individual to fulfill a Human Resources Administrator position in Johannesburg. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and will fulfill the position of handling staff queries, as well as, payroll procedures. The position requires an individual who possess’ good organizational and administrative skills. You are expected to be concise in your dealings with staff and clients, both written and verbal. You should also be self-motivated and have the ability to use initiative when the situation requires it.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for payroll, as well as, capturing on Payroll systems.
  • Handling staff queries.
  • All administration relating to recruitment.
  • Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate needs a minimum of 4 years of experience in a HR environment, and should have knowledge of both HR legislation and Payroll procedures.
  • The candidate should have or be studying towards a relevant HR Diploma/Degree.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.
  • Experience with any payroll programs are advantageous.
