Key Account Manager (Sales / International Markets / French) - Mauritius

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key clients’ accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with them. He is playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of existing clients’ requests
  • Management of incoming requests from new potential clients
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns & objectives
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Preparation of proposals, quotations, and ensure a good follow up
  • Ensure the correct services are delivered to Clients in a timely manner
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
  • Organization of client feedback
  • Client retention by presenting new services and enhance existing relationships to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Senior management using key account metrics


 Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification Required: Degree in Business, Management, Administration or Sales.
  • Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years in a similar position
  • French is optimal, with a very good understanding of English, Portuguese is a real push
  • Experience of international markets

  • Understanding numerical information with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication, including presentation of products or services
