Job Description:
To provide an effective and efficient service to HR Colleagues and the business with regards to HR Systems and the production of management information that will aid the organisational design activities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Systems manager
  • Evaluate the current systems / products and make adjustments as and when needed
  • Maintain and develop core HR / IT Systems, specifically contributing to the current HR hierarchies
  • Contribute to the HR Management system projects ie: Selecting, testing and implementing software
  • Ensure the development of Document Management and work flow solutions – Sharepoint
  • Ensure alignment between Payroll and HRMS
  • Ensure that all the reporting is done across the whole HR activity
  • Ensure that there is compliance across the company of all policies, procedures, standards of operating and safe working practices 
Requirements / Qualifications:  
  • Relevant HR Diploma
  • Min 3 years relevant systems or business analyst experience
  • Advanced experience working with – reporting, configuration management and HR premier management systems
  • Payroll experience – Advantageous
  • Above average concentration abilities and high skills of organisation and prioritization
