  • Lead a cross-functional international team to ensure launch, roll-out, and delivery of  all propositions and services ensuring that the Brand and member experience is appropriate and relevant  in Region/Country
  • Direct and coordinate the Product Development Life Cycle Group internally and where appropriate with business partners ensuring that member propositions and  product solutions support the business’ goals and is the best possible experience for members relevant and appropriate to cultural norms
  • Own the day-to- day management of all aspects of the business including the P&L, paving a path toward long-term financial viability in Region/Country and internationally overall
  • Fraud and risk Prevention; use local knowledge to help identify fraud and non-disclosure to protect our commercial viability and wider member base
  • Build, nurture, and grow international partnerships to create deep and robust working relationships at all levels within a country
  • Lead Regional/Country Business Development activities and plans including those of Business Partnership Organisations
  • Responsible for negotiating international partnerships that enhance our product offerings, generate new revenue streams, drive distribution of the portfolio of services.
  • Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
  • Identify and explore partnership opportunities that evaluate and explore strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the company in meetings with key stakeholders, members and other companies globally.
  • Be a source of deep insights about the Region, Health system,  industry and global developments
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and spoken in English
  • Master’s degree is desirable
  • Proven international commercial leadership with business development and operational experience in start-ups or member driven organisations
  • Partner management experience together with international experience including emerging markets.
  • Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of international business models
  • Extensive negotiation experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams internationally in person and virtually
  • Account Management experience, specific understanding of go to market and marketing channel strategy concepts, experience and grasp for servicing international members
  • Strong commercial awareness with a history of successful delivery in a challenging environment
  • Experience in managing government, key stakeholders specific to health in Region
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, both provision and commissioning
  • An understanding of the principles of health economics and health policy.
