Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Clerk. The ideal candidate will execute daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Review written documents with an attention to detail.
  • Compile and summarize financial data.
  • Organize and prioritize assignments.
  • Research and resolve problems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain and reconcile a variety of ledgers and accounts, examine accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and correct financial records as necessary.
  • Prepare reports required by auditors.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • ACCPAC and Caseware knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written (French and English).
  • Reporting skills, detail oriented, time management skills, organizational skills
  • Can work under pressure, able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to show initiative and take responsibility.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
