Job Description:
 
Provide an administrative and support service to the functional team. Attends to customers in a courteous manner and directs them accordingly (either telephonically or in person). Ensures that all customer needs are met efficiently and within required time frame. 

Responsibilities:
  • Compiles minutes, reports, letters, presentations and general documents for the functional team
  • Assist with financial administration (invoice processing) and documentation
  • Manages multiple walk-in customers and telephonic queries simultaneously
  • Resolves customer queries within required timeframe and escalates exceptions where necessary
  • Controls and maintains filing system for the functional team
  • General administration functions 


Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Secretarial diploma is preferential
  • Must be a Namibian National
  • 5-6 years relevant experience in a PA/secretarial role
  • PC applications (MS Office) and systems
  • Demonstrates technical skills and knowledge
  • Organized
  • Able to communicate orally at all levels
  • Works easily with various forms of information
  • Takes responsibility for actions
  • Interpersonal sensitivity
  • Stress tolerance
