Job Description:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Sales Manager based in the Seychelles.  This role would suite an individual who has had experience in the Food Service industry and who has experience selling products that range from fresh fruit and vegetables, meats (both chilled and frozen) and dairy products.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Setting of weekly selling prices and management of the price list.
  • Investigate, plan and procure new lines or categories to market to your customer base.
  • Setting and management of selling margins, taking into account all your direct costs.
  • Weekly ordering of raw material and liaising with the wholesale team leader on stock levels.
  • Debt and payment terms with customers.
  • Management of all invoices and any purchase orders raised.
  • Increase client spending through staff training.
  • Increases client numbers.
  • Management and development of contracts ensuring growers and customers are kept informed of progress.
 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Minimum High School Diploma (tertiary qualification advantageous)
  • Experience in Food Service Industry
  • Wholesale fruit and vegetable experience
  • Sales and customer focused back ground in delivering results
  • Managing teams  
  • Finding new markets and building relationships with existing and new customers
