Job Description:
To manage a team of 18 people based in Cape Town (SA), 2 in Johannesburg and 3 in Europe. To plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, which include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Manage performance on overall technical support
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Development of internal software
  • Global Reporting
  • Training, including training manuals and procedures
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Minimum of 4 years post Matric studies (Business School/University Degree or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years working Project Management experience in a managerial position within an International environment.
  • Ability to Manage multiple Projects at all levels
  • Work under pressure and in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience of a technical environment will be an advantage
  • Resource planning and optimisation
  • People Management
  • Fluent in English
